I tackle with the realm of reality that is on the border with the unreal. I play with trivial, often ugly images and themes. I unfold mundane scenes, but I incorporate into them the feeling of a universal interconnectedness and subjectivity of truth. The images in my works appear familiar, close, but as if from a dream. hope that the slight discomfort and disorientation that my works evoke might provoke the viewers’ subconscious to question their perceptions.
